Based in Milton Keynes, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for 7.5 hours per week – one day or two half days per week.  Working for a well established local brand, this role is to process the transactions for the property estate.

Ideally this role will suit someone that is only considering part-time work and is able to start on a temporary basis, with a view to going permanent. You will be responsible for the processing of day to day transactions for the Estates arm of the business.  Raising sales invoices, processing bank receipts and processing purchase invoices.

Undertake credit control on outstanding sales invoices, discussing any potential issues with the Estates Manager.

You will need to be motivated, flexible and respond positively to opportunities and challenges.

Possess good organisational skills, with accuracy and able to meet deadlines consistently.

Evidence of good IT skills.

A good eye for detail, work equally well with colleagues in a team environment and independently using your own initiative.

Tactful, diplomatic, understands the need for confidentiality and is discreet about sensitive information.

Experience of working in a small team within a financial environment.

Knowledge of Sage accounting systems and Salesforce.
