To provide account and project support to the Client Account Manager to ensure delivery of customer centric and value addition services for clients. Ideally you will have an understanding of warranty related products within the automotive industry, be familiar with dealership networks.
Warranty Training and Support Co-ordinator
Assist with the delivery of various programmes, help with the delivery of product and system knowledge in order to support customers. Responsible for the delivery of remote training, to encompass: product knowledge training, system training. WebEx will predominately be used to deliver training, plus one to one telephone support sessions. Coordinate training schedules, send out invitations, measure training feedback, develop training content to ensure it meets the needs of customers.
Organised, have good problem solving skills, strong experience of handling complaints in writing and over the phone. Manage reports, review and validate reports, with the ability to summarise information. Respond to enquiries, possess good communication skills, form relationships both internally and externally.
