An opportunity to join an Award winning Travel Management Company, celebrating 30 years of bespoke travel. This opportunity is to process travel requests from designated clients. Offering hybrid working, based in London and offers the flexibility of hours between 8am – 7pm, alternating various shifts, Monday to Friday. Or could be weekend working, in order to offer the flexibility of not working weekdays Monday to Friday.
You will need to be passionate about travel, have the hunger and drive to offer the best travel options to clients to enable them to make an informed decision, meeting SLA’s. Building confidence in clients to ensure they are delighted with the offerings, to ensure repeat business. The ability to build lasting relationships, with client satisfaction and client retention every step of the way.
Ideally a solid background within Corporate Travel, or a qualification within Travel seeking to kick start your career within the Travel industry. An eye for detail, with a good command of the English language. Work well under pressure, proactive, thriving to meet deadlines. You will be computer literate, with the ability to navigate new systems at ease.
