Actively manage the real time productivity and quality performance of the team. Ensure that the team operates at all times within specified service levels. Manage individual performance by means of coaching, review and goal setting. Previous Team Management Training experience, along with delivery of team meetings and maintain personnel records, resource planning. Strong communication skills, ability to communicate at all levels, good commercial awareness, budget and cost control.
Knowledge of the Travel Insurance Industry is advantageous along with exposure of a general insurance environment.
