The role of the Sales Manager is to lead commercially and strategically all major customers, maximising all opportunities to drive profitable growth and ensuring efficiencies.
Managing accounts for the company, deliver the best in class customer meetings and build customer relationships with key personnel and functions. Extensive stakeholder management throughout the business, networking with customers internally and externally to ensure all business opportunities and strategy is delivered. Hold regular monthly meetings with internal and external stakeholders, engage, drive and lead customer implementation projects and manage meetings with all key decision makers. Devise and implement strategy, implement an effective way of working, keeping a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and utilising ideas where appropriate.
You will be degree educated, ideally in a Commercial or Business discipline. Previous, strong experience in sales or customer supply chain management in FMCG/Packaging/Retailing with a proven track record. Strong proactive commercial outlook, solid business sense, good negotiation skills, with a drive to meet objectives. Energetic, passionate and persuasive, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
