Based in Barnsley, an exciting Temporary to Permanent opportunity to work with a prestigious, global brand. Part of a fun team, this is a new opportunity to provide admin and analytical support to a busy sales team.
Responsible for the analysis and preparation of sales reports and market reports to both internal and external stakeholders. Assist with the support to the administration team with admin processes, invoicing and documentation. Extensive, use of systems to provide daily, monthly and yearly reports. Assisting with presentations to ensure all reports are accurate and presentable. Use of data, with the ability to forecast in order to meet the demand of stock and sales requirements.
Confident with use of systems, in particular Microsoft Office, knowledge of V-LOOKUPS and Pivot tables. Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels, in a polite and professional manner. The ability to manage time, demonstrate high level of attention to detail. Be flexible, with a willingness to assist others during peak periods.
