EMEA planning function is based on the fringe of Luton, this role is an interface between Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Logistics and Customer Fulfilment and drives optimised supply plans, balancing constraints to maximise customer satisfaction and control costs.
You will lead and drive a successful and cost effective execution of the regional supply planning for EMEA to ensure plants can continue to efficiently run while controlling inventory costs and balancing against supplier contractual agreements. Degree educated, experience of complex multinational, multi-site Supply Chain environment, with experience of Just in Time. Possess good interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to work in cross functional teams and deliver strong leadership qualities.
Practical use of LEAN techniques for business improvement desired, analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Organised, experience of producing data and presentations. SAP knowledge and an understanding of IBP processes.
