A proactive role and an opportunity to join an internal recruitment team for a global company in Croydon.  This role is to identify, attract and shortlist candidates in line with the job description, person specification and business requirements.  Building a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities, proactively work with hiring managers and recruitment executives to gain a deep understanding of the role requirements.
Previous recruitment experience is required, ideally assessment centre experience would be useful.  Assist with interview preparation, questions, assessment material in line with the relevant role competencies.  Provide interview support, also provide candidate feedback.
Use of tracking systems ensuring all details are current and produce reports when required.  The ability to thrive within a fast paced environment, working to tight deadlines too.
