Part of a global company, a dedicated team, this role will utilise your research, project and account management skills. You will be responsible for all aspects of the client relationship, strengthening the relationship and project delivery. Work with high quality data and insights, work closely and coordinate the internal operational teams to ensure all processes related to the programme are delivered, thus meeting the clients expectations.
Experience within a research or data driven role, able to run large-scale research programmes. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Project management skills, manage multiple project cycles, coordinating multiple teams and working to deadlines. Strong organisational skills, with a desire to improve the customer experience, demonstrating proactivity and flexibility.
Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills, coupled with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
