Due to growth opportunities, our client based in Milton Keynes, are recruiting for Project Coordinator’s both for 12 month FTC and permanent roles. These vacancies ideally will suit someone that possesses project experience or have in-depth administrative skills that will transfer with technical teams.
Work with the Head of Project Coordinators, your role will be to coordinate each assignment, scheduling and tracking of technical reviews. Maintain accurate up to date project management databases, working to Prince 2 methodologies. Extensive communication, managing client queries and requests for information, coordinating a timely response, whilst providing regular analysis of KPIs and status reports.
To meet the skills required for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years administrative or project admin experience, ideally within a regulated business of industry. Accurate data entry skills, be organised with strong attention to detail.
Computer literate and familiar with commonly used software tools, to include Microsoft Office, SAP, Darwin or Point Global.
Able to plan and prioritise your own work load according to the customer requirements and business needs.
