Based in Colindale, this temporary opportunity is to deliver the best customer focus, within a parts department with a leading car manufacturer.  Delivering customer delight through products and services, offering a friendly, collaborative and fast moving business, working together to deliver great things and thrive in an environment which encourages innovation and supports personal and professional growth.
Placing all orders with manufacturer and other suppliers, chasing all parts for expected time of arrival.  Supporting the daily banking process for the department, dealing with payments and transactions.
Producing credit notes when necessary, managing client accounts and queries, dealing with any unresolved problems.  Assisting with regular stock checks and annual stock audits.
Good computer/keyboard skills are required, with excellent organisational skills.  Self-motivated, tenacious, with excellent communication skills.
