Part-time Banking Administrator based in Milton Keynes, offering the hours of 10:00 until 15:00 Monday to Friday. Our client seek an efficient administrator that will process expenses for the Accounts team. Processing payments, ensuring approval is in line with company rules and supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
Previous cashier experience, able to display an understanding of book-keeping knowledge. Good use of SAP, particularly cash accounting and allocation functionalities. Committed to following compliance, rules and process improvements. Able to reconcile banking, m support any discrepancies on the ledgers.
Good working knowledge of SAP, to include Microsoft Office. Able to communicate effectively, building key relationships internally. A good eye for detail, able to resolve problems and use your own initiative.
