Part-time Administrator

Based in the village of Yardley Hastings this opportunity is to support a small team with a well established company. Ideally your hours will be two days per week with the flexibility to cover the odd day’s holiday.

Providing administrative and customer service support to a busy retailer, you will be responsible of processing high volume of invoices, checking details of each invoice, raising queries and checking prices and discounts. Assist with answering calls, dealing with customer bookings, diary management and taking payments over the telephone.

Knowledge of Sage advantageous, accurate PC skills, good communication, able to deal with queries.  Organised, with the ability to deal with extensive queries, this role is process driven.
