Responsible for the organisation and coordination of the office operations, procedures and resources to maximise organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
Are you looking to make a difference, bring a professional and commercial flair to an organisation, add value? Previous experience within a senior administrative post or PA position is key, along with the ability to take minutes at meetings. Oversee the administration and reception facilities, support the strategic management team, assist with reports and the making of appointments/meetings.
You will be organised, confident, with the ability to lead by example, offer a professional approach and deliver change where necessary. Effective communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external clients.
