Based at the office, you will possess administrative experience and be looking for a varied role, offering the flexibility to support a number of departments for a busy engineering company. Answering calls, you will be first point of contact, routing calls and taking messages. Extensive administrative tasks to include, filing/archiving/scanning paperwork for the sales and quality teams. Logging the complaint procedure, dealing with customer questionnaires, chasing departments for the relevant information. Dealing with documents, forms, accurate data entry, assisting with reports, collating and updating SAP with information. Invoicing daily and updating spreadsheets.
Confident in your communication, organised with the ability to work with processes offering structure and sound admin support to the business. You will be flexible, a teamplayer, able to manage your time effectively in order to deliver the smooth running of the admin function.
