An administrative role, this opportunity includes booking of company meetings, booking venues as and when required, organising lunches for meetings. Assisting with the organising of facilities, office and kitchen supplies, as well as planning and arranging celebrations and social events. Interact closely with the board, general personnel throughout the company, building relationships with key stakeholders.
Knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint and outlook, excellent administrative skills, with the ability to work independently, prioritise your workload, committed to seeing tasks through to completion.
