A dynamic role heading up a full HR Policy remit globally, as well as the coordination of appropriate ER advice for a professional, global organisation. Offices in both London and Milton Keynes, this role offers hybrid working.
Acting as a source of knowledge in employee relations, employment law and policy development, ensuring the company remain compliant with employment law and offer an employment climate that is in keeping with the companies values and business strategy. The role covers a global remit and will work closely with HR teams globally to ensure compliance and best practice in all operating countries.
Key responsibilities include the management and development of all HR policies and procedures. Obtaining continual feedback from business areas, updating policies and modifying accordingly. Develop strong relationships with the wider HR team and key stakeholders making sure they are engaged and involved. Advise and guide HR teams, members on employee relations issues, ensuring the right protocol and procedure is followed within an acceptable level of business risk. Provide support and guidance to HR team members with case management issues. Lead on preparation for any tribunal cases where required.
Track global ER issues and report on trends, using data to highlight areas of concern and drive continuous improvement. Be a key member of cross functional people projects, reviewing employment contracts. Lead, engage, develop and empower the HR team to achieve individual and team goals that support the business strategy.
