To deliver a professional business advisory service to various areas of the business, focusing on Employee Relations, Sickness and Occupational Health Management, Employee Development, managing Diversity, HR policies and Procedures.
Ideally you will be partly or fully CIPD qualified, have proven HR generalist experience within a commercial environment. Experience of working within a call centre environment. Strong organisational skills, able to advise and deal with senior management. Ability to undertake UK travel including overnight stays.
