An award winning software consultancy are expanding and seek to recruit a HR Assistant. This permanent role offers the opportunity for someone to work remotely, with some travel to London, thus the opportunity to add value to a scaling business. Part of a start-up environment, with all the challenges and opportunities that this brings, the successful candidate will be required to provide HR admin support to the HR Director.
Support on HR administration, enhance HR processes, ensure payroll is correct, responsible for the onboarding process to include offer letters, contracts of employment, referencing, all compliance to ensure security checks are completed. Promote a positive working environment, assist with L&D requirements, upload and manage all data requirements, contribute to HR data reports and the housekeeping of HR Bamboo.
Proven experience in HR, proficient use of MS Office skills, excellent attention to detail and highly organised. Ability to manage a diverse and busy workload, identifying risks, deliver to deadlines. Positive, can-do-attitude, it is essential that you are a self-starter able to work autonomously.
