Working closely with HRBP’s in their business areas to support and partner with Line Managers in order to provide first line HR advice, support and guidance. Sound knowledge of Employment law is crucial, knowledge and experience across the people agenda and the ability to implement employment law and provide operational insight. To assist and work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to build organisation and people capability, shaping and implementing effective strategies and activities within the business.
Use of Workday software, knowledge of Microsoft Office is useful. The ability to hit the ground running, with a can do attitude and a professional manner is required. Deliver HR projects, ideally you will be a team player, thus able to use your own initiative.
