A great opportunity for a HR professional looking to join a friendly team in a global organisation. A 12 month FTC, this role will be based between Milton Keynes and the London office, with some opportunity to work from home. Working closely with HRBP’s in their business area to support and partner with Line Managers to provide first line HR advice, support and guidance.
Sound knowledge of Employment law is important, knowledge and experience across the people agenda and the ability to implement employment law and provide operational insight. To assist and work with teams, managers and key stakeholders to build organisation and people capability, shaping and implementing effective strategies and activities within the business.
Use of Workday software, knowledge of Microsoft Office is useful. The ability to hit the ground running, with a can do attitude and a professional manner is required.
