Initially for three months, this temporary opportunity offers the flexibility of working from home and based at the office two days per week. Working for a global company offering HR support to a busy HR team, ideally you will possess previous HR experience, particularly with starters, leavers and have dealt with the administration for payroll.
Experience of trackers, raising letters, dealing with references, processing payroll, following up on data for the HR team. Able to communicate effectively throughout the business, building relationships and being the arm to the business. An eye for detail as accuracy is key when updating spreadsheets, along with the ability to chase information.
Previous experience of supporting the administration of HR projects, working to strict deadlines. You will be organised, with a focus to completing tasks and have the ability to look at the bigger picture.
