An exciting opportunity to work with a major player within healthcare products, working closely with the Business Development Manager, this role is to secure and develop existing business through strong relationships and support plans. Communicating effectively with key decision makers, to include procurement and infection control within the healthcare industry.
Responsible for developing and implementing clear business support plans, supporting activities for designated accounts. Promote products, train the trainer, ensure the customer has a good understanding of all products. Deliver customer satisfaction through effective customer management and relationships.
Previous experience of selling in a Healthcare environment is essential, along with Account Management skills. Able to deliver training and coaching on products, thus the ability to understand end-to-end installation processes. Self-motivated, able to plan effectively use of time, be positive, proactive and enthusiastic. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and orally, with the ability to build relationships.
