An exciting opportunity has arisen with a large, corporate company within Bury St Edmunds. Acting as Head of Customer Service this role is the Business Unit lead for all customer related matters and operates as part of the Business Unit Management Team. Responsible for identifying best practice from a customer perspective, driving change and improving satisfaction throughout the build process from beginning to end. A key strategic role in acting as a “Voice of the Customer” in the Business Unit to influence forward-looking actions that deliver an improving Customer Experience and bring emotions of the Customer Experience to life to drive more customer centric thinking and behaviours.
Previous experience and ownership of Customer Roadmaps, strategic planning, engagement with both customer and teams, coaching and performance assessment skills. To present, excellent leadership skills, implement and influence change, relationship management skills within a customer facing environment. Communicate effectively, building relationships with stakeholders.
