A key opportunity has been created with a global company, based at the UK HQ in Croydon. This high profile role is responsible for managing relationships and creating strategic partnerships with new and existing clients, partners and group activities. Generate revenue opportunities with the New Business Development Managers by identifying new and profitable revenue within the product and distribution channels. Working in conjunction with the wider Sales Department and senior management team to identify and exploit opportunities for growing profitable revenue.

To achieve agreed annual sales and turnover targets, set individual targets and support BDM’s in developing and implementing a sales strategy for their individual lines of business and market focus. Monitor and track industry developments and trends, taking account of these in managing accounts and developing new business. Ideally, degree educated with International Business, Marketing, Communications or Finance. A membership of relevant Industry professional bodies (CII/CIP), Insurance industry experience.
Proven management experience is required, strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, with a strong commercial and business acumen.
