First point of contact for the customer and supply partners managing the operational process for vehicles from delivery through to the end of contract process. Responsible for in-life vehicle contract requirements in line with customer requests within agreed KPI’s. Resolving queries and complaints relating to vehicle order and delivery, acting within a timely and professional manner ensuring.
Create and maintain effective and efficient processes, communicate effectively both over the telephone and via email. Able to coordinate, prioritise and multitask a busy workload. Accurate PC skills required.
