An exciting Fleet vacancy with a growing Fleet company based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes. This role initially is for 24 months, however it potentially offers the perfect opportunity to develop and progress both to a permanent position and the perfect chance to enhance your career.
Previous maintenance or fleet servicing background would be advantageous as this role communicates directly with Service Agents in authorising maintenance repairs on heavy and light commercial vehicles as well as communicating with customers to keep them updated with the progress of vehicle repairs as well as arranging scheduled appointments with their Service provider.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to validate and authorise repairs, managing the costs of repairs, ensuring the costs are correct. Progress the repairs and breakdowns, with extensive administrative experience in order to organise and coordinate a variety of daily tasks. The ability to think on your feet, solution driven to ensure customer satisfaction.
Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office. Able to multi-task, with a positive approach, producing work that is accurate and to a high standard.
