An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fleet Co-ordinator with an expanding company on the edge of Milton Keynes. A full time permanent role, working as part of a small and busy fleet team, you will be responsible for communicating directly with clients and service agents as to provide operational services/maintenance compliance.
A challenging role, dealing with a mix of HGV, heavy and light commercial vehicles, a good understanding of the legal and VOSA requirements for operating commercial vehicles. Organised with extensive communication both via telephone and email, arranging suitable bookings, scheduling vehicle servicing, defects or breakdowns. Deal with any escalated issues, agreeing costs working to deadlines. Previous experience within a fleet or service environment is essential, good attention to detail, customer focussed and passionate about customer service.
Strong PC skills, ideally confident with Excel. A team player and the ability to use your own initiative.
