Offering IT support analysis, dealing with system checks, re-loading data, client communications and incident responses. Based on a ticket system, ensuring a timely response delivering on priority and impact. Extensive communications both verbal and written, planning maintenance notifications and follow-ups. The role is responsible for system checks, diagnostics, through to resolution. At times liaising with wider teams and 3rd party service partners. Checking websites, data files and data collection.
Reporting skills, SLA compliant, delivering results, driven by the customer journey, building strong relationships throughout. Strong technical ability, able to resolve problems/incidents, maintains a constructive approach whilst under pressure.
