To provide on site administrative support for the facilities team, to include ensuring the company’s financial processes and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Ideally you will have previous experience to authorise all invoices coming into the workflow. Communicate with finance to ensure that invoice and payment queries are resolved in a timely manner. Support the senior facilities management coordinator with reporting and ensure all budgets are controlled and kept up to date. Provide help and assistance to the Facilities Management team, to include liaising with suppliers and contractors, dealing with facilities issues.
Highly self and team motivated, organised, good time management skills, able to multitask. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent phone manner.
