An interesting temporary opportunity for someone whom has worked in Customer Service, dealing with complaint handling or PPI cases.  Based at the Head Offices in Milton Keynes, proving support in order to manage the investigation, resolution and outcome of dissatisfaction from Customers.
Handling an extensive variety of complaint cases via emails, phone, social media, solicitors and 3rd parties, using company systems and processes whilst being fully compliant with FCA, FOS and TCF regulations.  Previous experience within a Customer Service, case handling environment is essential, with the ability to negotiate on a regular basis with relevant business areas, in order to reach a resolution.  Liaise with multiple stakeholders, accountable for sending regulated correspondence to the customer.
Excellent communication skills, in particular with written communication.  Good use of systems, with the ability to work to SLA’s, processes and guidelines.  A team player, helpful, with a professional approach.
