An exciting opportunity based in Milton Keynes, providing a high standard of customer service through effective case management via telephone, written correspondence and client/dealer liaison for a major blue chip automotive manufacturer.
Extensive customer contact, both inbound and outbound calling, ensuring that all calls are handled promptly and professionally, following agreed procedures. Providing guidance and support to Customer and Dealers as appropriate. Using the systems provided to create and maintain a record of all incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondence. Respond to all incoming correspondence, work to high standards in order to deliver and exceed expectations.
You will possess extensive customer service experience, ideally from the automotive industry or a blue chip company. Strong organisational and problem solving skills. Good working knowledge of Outlook, Word & Excel, be self motivated, quality focused and calm under pressure.
