Previous inbound customer service experience is essential, as you will be responsible to respond to incoming emails, calls, live chats, text chats and correspondence. Responding to queries, offering a one stop solution. Knowledge of various IT systems to include Microsoft office.
Confident when dealing with customers, communication both verbal and written, effective and confident interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
