Based with a picturesque setting within Milton Keynes, part of a sales and marketing team, this role is a mix of telephone and administrative tasks delivering high end customer care to customers.

A proactive customer service role, with the ability to process orders accurately, advise customers of the appropriate product, promotions, new products and pricing.  Both inbound and outbound calling, offering key account support, working closely with external technical and sales teams.

Previous customer service experience within a similar environment, with the ability to handle several activities and to see tasks through to completion.  Professional, with a friendly and helpful telephone manner, you will be organised, methodical and willing to learn and work well with change.
