Customer Operations Advisor

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a prestigious global company based in Milton Keynes. Potentially a seven month temporary post.

This role would be to cover extensive fleet documentation, dealing with emails and telephone calls relating to damaged vehicles, invoicing queries from customers relating to the damage of their vehicle. Dealing with end of contract charges and inspection costs. You will have good communication skills both verbal and written, have the ability to work under pressure. An eye for detail, accurate keyboard skills along with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.
