Managing a busy flow of inbound calls and email enquiries, building effective relationships with customers, delivering the best customer experience. Ideally you will have order processing experience, proven customer service skills. Knowledge of SAP or an ERP system would be advantageous, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word and Excel.
