Reporting to the Delivery Director, this fantastic opportunity is to lead a multi functional Operational team that supports the market research functions. Managing teams in Manila and the UK.
Strong leadership qualities in delivering operational excellence from your team, as well as ongoing performance improvements to relationships, costs and efficient ways of working. With autonomy to make changes to how the teams run, you will identify what can be done better or more efficiently.
Previous operational experience is essential, with the ability to implement improvements, deliver on best practice, work to KPI’s and inspire a team of operational experts.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, to include, Client Success, Project Management and IT. Understand the workload, identify root cause analysis, develop performance measures, share ideas and support any training requirements required. Review the workload and resourcing requirements for the teams and recommend any appropriate action.
Have an understanding of budgets and managing of budgets, overseeing all operation costings for projects. Strong organisational skills, work under pressure, with the ability to work to deadlines. Demonstrate flexibility, a ‘can do attitude’ with proven ability to bring a positive working environment in order to change the mindset.
Contribute to supporting the wider delivery team with client pitches, to include operational costings for projects.
