Responsible for administering the allocation, maintenance and repair of technicians diagnostic equipment, PC’s, Laptops, Smartphones. To provide a helpdesk service to technicians requesting assistance with the equipment and resolving it wherever possible on the phone.
Helpful, proactive, strong problem solving skills, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
