A potential temporary to permanent opportunity based in Milton Keynes, working as part of a motivated and busy customer care team with a national company.
Providing administrative support to a customer care team, updating and reporting daily and weekly trackers using Microsoft Excel.  Dealing with inbox enquiries, responding within a timely manner and actioning any requests.
Keeping electronic files updated, with good attention to detail and accuracy.  Some communication with customers, contractors and various stakeholders.
Proactive, helpful with a can do attitude is key, along with the ability to multitask and juggle a busy workload.
