An exciting accounts opportunity to join a global, prestigious brand, work as part of their Finance Controlling team, based in Colindale. Working to FCA regulations, this opportunity is to create new customer accounts daily, with use of advanced Microsoft Excel.
Ideally you will either have Accounts Admin experience or perhaps just graduated, looking to kick start your career within finance. Creation of new accounts, following processes to ensure accurate data entry, working to a high volumes. Daily banking, collation and allocation of receipts for credit control teams. Daily management of customer data and vendor data for the Accounts Payable department, extensive use of Microsoft Excel and use of VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables.
Responding to queries, processing refunds and ensuring relevant approvals are in place. Supporting the team and manager with daily reporting to ensure ledgers are accurate. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel to an advanced level is required. The ability to process data accurately, whilst meeting deadlines.
