Part of a credit control team, this role is providing the highest level of customer satisfaction to ensure customer loyalty, offering back office admin support to the credit control team.
Processing of daily BACs reports and monitoring customer accounts to ensure accurate financial collections, managing customer accounts, analysing financial accounts and adherence to the collections processes. Processing documents, determining any root cause analysis, advising on solutions, with the ability to escalate any concerns. Effective review of documents, identifying any queries, keeping an accurate report on all collection activity.
Good written communication is required, along with an aptitude for figures, an eye for detail, ensuring accuracy at all times. Confident Microsoft Excel skills, comfortable with in-depth spreadsheets, maintaining a focus on processes.
