Account Management experience is required for this post, you will be client focused and flexible, with a helpful and responsive approach. Knowledge of the Transport industry would be useful as you will be responsible for completing and retaining projects, managing programmes finances and operating as partners to each client contact. Manage client’s needs and work with the Account Director to ensure they are resourced correctly. Active in personal development to ensure that you are continually improving your skill sets. An interest in Market Research, insights, customer centric approach, interacting with a story telling approach.
